Subject: Appointment of Mr. Jason Woerner as Southeast Regional Manager

I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jason Woerner as our Southeast Regional Sales Manager. Jason is originally from Foley, Alabama. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics. Jason grew up on a farm and recently managed a large turf grass farm in the area. Part of Jason’s background was in the operation and maintenance of center pivot irrigation systems. This experience will allow him to be of immediate service to our dealers.

Jason will be traveling the Southeastern portion of the U.S., including the East Coast and Mississippi Delta. Our Daphne, Alabama warehouse has been stocked to support Jason efforts in supplying our dealers with components and spare parts in a timely manner. Additionally, our Paige direct burial and span cable stock will be available for custom “cut to length” or bulk reel orders. Mr. Andrew Hanson is in charge of the “cut to length” machinery located at our Daphne facility. Jason and Andrew will coordinate this facet of the business.

Jason is very excited with the opportunity to support our dealers in his region. After his orientation, we expect Mr. Russ Stevenson to travel with Jason and introduce him to our customers. As you know, Russ has been promoted to run our Great Lakes/Upper Midwest Warehouse in Illinois. Irrigation Components continues on the path to open additional regional warehouses to better service our customers in the U.S. Domestic Market.
