Subject: Latin American Sales Manager

I am happy to announce the appointment of Ing. Roberto Hegel Castellanos as our new Latin American Sales Manager. Roberto will be based out of Leon, Mexico. His responsibilities are to continue our growth plan into Mexico, Central and South America. Roberto has over 25 years experience in the irrigation industry. This experience includes working for AMANCO (manufacturers of PVC pipe and fittings), Senninger Irrigation and managing farming operations. During this time he has worked with the different irrigation technologies (Pivot, Drip and Solid Set). This diverse background and agricultural engineering experience will be a benefit to our current and future customer base.

After completing the orientation period, Roberto will be contacting our existing customers in the region. ICII’s growth objectives include a Mexican Branch Operation in a centrally located distribution point where inventory will be maintained. Currently product is being shipped from our various regional warehouse including the Amarillo, Texas branch. The freight savings to our dealers will be significant and increase the demand pull from this region.

Irrigation Components International has made a commitment to increase our technical and commercial presence into the Latin American Market. Roberto is very excited about his new challenge and ICII is excited in welcoming him on board.

From: John McCabe

Subject: Appointment of Mr. Stephen J. Risley as our Great Lakes Regional Manager

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Stephen Risley as our Great Lakes Regional Manager. Stephen has been involved in irrigation since his teenage years, working in the landscaping and turf side of the industry. More recently, he spent the last ten years working with Rain Bird Corporation and a pump station manufacturer. At Rain Bird, his responsibilities included working in both their Domestic and International divisions. Stephen holds several Irrigation Association Certifications.

Stephen will be responsible for regional sales and managing our Great Lakes Branch in Yorkville, Illinois. This region includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. We have made a significant investment in staff and inventory to support sales in this region. Our “cut to length” wire cutting operation has proved to be a great service to our customers. Stephen and his assistant Luke Hallman will expand our customer base and the sales of power transmission products, Seametrics flowmeters, Hydrus irrigation controls, tires/wheels and accessories.

As part of his orientation, Stephen has spent several weeks working with our branch operations in the Southeast (Daphne, Alabama) and Southwest (Amarillo, Texas) regions. In the next few weeks, Stephen and our North American Sales Manager, Mr. Bob Knapp will be traveling the Great Lakes territory. Stephen is really looking forward to personally meeting our customers. I know you will join me to welcome Stephen to the ICII Group.

New Seametrics Territories in North Texas

August 24, 2011

Re: Territorial Changes for Seametrics Flow Meters in the Texas Irrigation Market

In an effort to continue coverage and availability of Seametrics products and to keep up with the demand of the region, Seametrics and Irrigation Components International have re-allocated the geographical territories and distribution points for Seametrics products in North Texas.

Pivotrac Monitoring, based out of Dalhart, will now cover only the areas north of I-40, while Irrigation Components will handle distribution south of I-40 via our warehouse in Amarillo.

Naturally, with a change of coverage areas, some re-alignment of dealers will take place. We ask you to be patient with these changes as we work to provide you the more access to the product through local dealers and warehoused stock both in Dalhart and Amarillo.

If you are based and/or are installing meters north of I-40, please continue to contact Pivotrac Monitoring, in Dalhart. Karlyle Haaland and his staff will be more than happy to direct you to the correct channel to obtain Seametrics products.

If you are based and/or are installing meters to the south of I-40, please contact ICII at our warehouse in Amarillo, where Marty Hughes will be happy to assist you in finding the correct channel to Seametrics products.

As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly at ICII’s home office for further assistance.

Best regards,

Andy Pitts

Irrigation Components International Opens Southwest U.S. Branch

September 7, 2010

To: Irrigation Component International Customers and Suppliers
From: John McCabe

Subject: Irrigation Components International / Southwest Branch

I am very pleased to confirm Irrigation Components will be opening our Southwest Branch in Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Marty Hughes has been appointed the Southwest Regional Manager responsible for all sales and branch activity for this strategically important operation. Marty has a long and extensive background in center pivot irrigation. He has worked in sales and service at the dealer level. In addition, he has managed a major regional center pivot parts distribution depot in Texas for 8 years.

Irrigation Components has had a presence in the Southwest for many years. In the past, product has been drop shipped to our dealers from our factories or other branch operations. We feel the time has come for us to have our stock closer to the point of sale. This will lower the freight cost and delivery time to our dealers. The Southwest Branch will allow us to better coordinate and complement our efforts in Mexico as well. We will be stocking our core product lines in Amarillo. This will include gear boxes, gearmotors, tower boxes, main panels, collector rings, conversion kits, tire and wheel assemblies, flowmeters and electrical spare parts. In addition, the Amarillo location will have a new cut to length wire and cable capabilities. We will be stocking Paige/Southwire direct burial, SureSeal and span/motor lead cable in bulk reels. This gives us the capability of cutting any of these items to custom lengths.

Irrigation Components International is making a commitment to our customers in this region. Marty and the rest of the Irrigation Components International team are excited about our new operation in Amarillo.

Sincerely yours,

John McCabe
