Subject: Irrigation Components / Paige Electric Marketing Agreement
I am excited to announce that Irrigation Components International and Paige Electric have finalized a sales and marketing agreement. Paige Electric is recognized as the premier supplier of center pivot span cable, motor lead cable and direct burial cable to the irrigation industry.
Under the agreement, Irrigation Components will stock truck loads of Paige product at our Daphne, Alabama facility. We will install a cut-to-length line in order to cut the cables to the customer’s desired length. Our area of responsibility is the Southeast and upper Midwest (this would include Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin).
We are planning to have the cut to length line installed and inventory on site by October 2008. We are looking forward to supporting your cable requirements in the near future.
